By joining as an Affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

How It Works

Sign Up: Start by signing up for the GeniusX Affiliate Program. It's free and easy to sign up.

Get Your Unique Link: Once you've signed up, you'll receive a unique affiliate link that tracks the customers you refer to GeniusX.

Share Your Link: Share your link with your social network via your website, social media, email, or otherwise.

Earn Commissions: You earn a commission of as much as 5% of the sale whenever someone clicks on your link, signs up for GeniusX, and makes an order.

Payout Terms

Minimum Payout Amount: We do not pay out less than $100. When your balance reaches or exceeds $100, you receive a payout.

Free-of-Charge Payments: The affiliate payments are free of charge and are not subject to any extra fees or taxes.

No Reseller or White-Label Rights

GeniusX does not have reseller, white-label, or distribution programs. Affiliates are not authorized to:

Present themselves, their business, or any other business as a legitimate partner of GeniusX.

Claim to be a white-label GeniusX provider, distributor, or reseller.

Rebrand, repackage, or resell GeniusX services in any form.

Refer users and earn commissions only using your own affiliate link provided by GeniusX.

Affiliate Program & Referral Commissions

As an Affiliate, you can earn a 5% commission on user purchases using your affiliate link.

1. How the Affiliate Program Works

After approval, you receive a unique affiliate link to share with prospective clients.

When clients click your link and buy a product, you earn 5% of their total spend.

Commissions are tracked automatically and credited to your account.

2. Payment Terms for Commissions

Payments are made monthly, if the affiliate earns at least $50 USD in commissions.

Payments are made via [payment method, e.g., PayPal or Bank Transfer].

GeniusX retains the right to reserve or reject commissions if there is any fraudulent referral.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

Using deceptive marketing techniques or misleading representations about GeniusX.

Selling GeniusX on adult, illegal, or deceptive websites.

Using spam, bulk email, or unethical advertising techniques.

Participating in pay-per-click campaigns involving trademarked keywords like "GeniusX".

Attempting to circumvent the referral program or create fake referrals.

Manipulating these rules will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Legal & Liability Disclaimer

The Affiliates are independent marketers but not agents, employees, or representatives of GeniusX.

GeniusX will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or conflicts asserted in regard to affiliate activity.

This Agreement does not constitute a partnership or joint venture with you and GeniusX.

Changes & Termination

GeniusX can modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at will.

Affiliates will be notified of changes to commission rates, program structure, or policies by email.

If the program is terminated, unpaid commissions will remain payable to eligible affiliates.
