Cancellation Policy

When you cancel your subscription, the following terms apply:

• You retain full access to your subscription until the end of the already paid billing period.
• Once the cycle ends, the subscription is closed and access to the related application is revoked.
• No additional fees are charged beyond the cancellation itself.
• To avoid automatic renewal, submit your cancellation before the next billing date.

No Refund Policy

Because of the nature of our service and the Terms of Use, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

This entails:

• Monthly subscription fees are not refundable; service continues until the end of the current term.
• No refunds are issued once a subscription is activated and payment is processed.
• You can continue using the app through the paid billing cycle even after submitting a cancellation.
• Fees become non-refundable once a billing cycle starts because premium tools are already available.
• If you choose not to continue, cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

All new members receive a 14-day free trial for every GeniusX app. Explore the complete feature set and cancel within the trial to avoid charges.

Although refunds are uncommon once a payment has been received, this policy explains the rare scenarios where they may apply.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested in the following situations:

   Accidental or duplicate charges caused by billing or system faults are refunded in full.

   Report billing errors within seven (7) days of the charge.

2. 2. Duplicate payments

   Accidental double payments for the same service are refunded after verification.

3. 3. Cancellation of subscriptions

   Cancellations placed before renewal prevent the next cycle from being charged.

   If the request is lodged within 24 hours of renewal, a pro‑rata refund may be offered at our discretion.

4. 4. Technical glitches or service outages

   If service is unavailable for 72 consecutive hours or more due to our error, we may issue a prorated refund or service credit.

Non-refundable circumstances

We cannot provide refunds in these cases:

• Change of heart: The subscriber decides not to continue using the service.
• Partial usage: The service was used during the billing period.
• Failure to cancel: The renewal date passed without a cancellation on file.
• Terms of Service violations: The account was terminated because our Terms of Service were breached.
