When you cancel your subscription, the following terms apply:

Although refunds are uncommon once a payment has been received, this policy explains the rare scenarios where they may apply.
Refunds may be requested in the following situations:
Accidental or duplicate charges caused by billing or system faults are refunded in full.
Report billing errors within seven (7) days of the charge.
Accidental double payments for the same service are refunded after verification.
Cancellations placed before renewal prevent the next cycle from being charged.
If the request is lodged within 24 hours of renewal, a pro‑rata refund may be offered at our discretion.
If service is unavailable for 72 consecutive hours or more due to our error, we may issue a prorated refund or service credit.
