When you cancel your subscription, the following terms will apply:
When cancelled, you will have full access to your subscription until the end of the currently paid billing period.
After the current billing cycle expires, your subscription is cancelled, and access to the respective application is denied.
There will be no extra charges except for the cancellation of the subscription.
If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you must cancel before the next billing date in order to prevent automatic renewal.
We have no refund of any subscription fee due to the nature of our service and our Terms of Use policy. Once you subscribe to a plan, you accept the selected billing interval.
We at GeniusX are committed to ensuring our users receive quality services.
This entails:
For Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscription fees are not possible. Your subscription will continue active until the end of the current term, and will then automatically be cancelled if not renewed.
Refunds will not be issued once a subscription is activated and paid.
If you do cancel, you will still remain able to access the app until the end of the current billing cycle, yet no partial or full refunds shall be made.
Subscription fees become non-refundable once a billing cycle starts since access has already been offered to the premium services and tools.
If you do not wish to continue using the service, cancellation must be completed prior to the next bill cycle so that you will not be charged.
14-Day Free Trial: We offer all new members a 14-day free trial of all GeniusX Apps. You can preview the full capability without obligation to paid membership. If you are not going to continue, you can cancel at any time during the test period without charge.
Exceptional Cases:
In case you believe that you have an exceptional case, please reach out to our Support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
We don't usually offer refunds for payments once they have been accepted. Exceptions may be made in special situations outlined below.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request refunds for subscriptions, services, or other payments made through our platform.
Refunds may be requested under the following scenarios:
1. Billing Errors
Where a user has been inadvertently charged due to a billing or system error, we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
Users must report billing errors to us within 7 days of charge.
2. Duplicate Payments
If a user has been charged twice for the same service due to a mistake, we will refund the double charge upon verification.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Users whose subscription is cancelled before the renewal date will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of renewal, we may provide a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
4. Technical Glitches or Service Outages
If a customer has been out of service for 72 or more consecutive hours as the result of an error on our part, we can provide a prorated refund or service credit.

Upgrade and Downgrade Anytime: As your company grows, so does your plan. Easily upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to.
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
Change of heart: Customers who deliberately decide to no longer utilize the service.
Use of partial service: If a customer has used the service for some part of their billing cycle.
Failure to cancel: Customers who fail to cancel their subscription on or prior to the renewal date.
Terms of Service Violations: When a customer's account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
1. How to Make a Request
Customers who would like to request a refund must email us at support @GeniusX.io with the following details:
Full name and registered email.
Transaction ID or invoice number.
Reason for the refund request.
Any supporting documents, if applicable.
2. Refund Processing Time
Refunds approved will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the user's account via the original payment method.
Depending on the payment service, refunds will take longer to appear in the user's account.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We encourage users to contact us prior to filing chargebacks or disputes.
Unresolved disputes can lead to account suspension or termination.
Changes to This Policy
GeniusX reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be communicated via email, in-app notifications, or website updates.
