  • Choosing between monthly or annual billing cycles

 

Subscription Billing:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscription fees for GeniusX are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan, monthly, annually.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
  • Billing Details: You can view and manage your billing details, including payment method, billing address, and subscription status, in your account settings.

    To ensure our services meet your needs, we offer a 14-day free trial to all new users for every GeniusX application. During this period, you can explore the full functionality of our apps before committing to a paid subscription. If you decide not to continue, you can cancel anytime within the trial period without incurring charges.

    For payment of subscription fees and purchases on our platform, We accept a wide range of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and digital wallets.
